What is a code BLUE within a hospital ?

I should hope it isn't panic time. Also the forgiving doesn't necessarily have to be contained by cardiac arrest, I've seen codes call for bradycardia (slow heartbeat), respiratory distress, severe trauma, and cardiac arrest.
Basically a code blue is defined as cardiac or pulmonary arrest, but you don't necessarily wait until that happen to call one.
